Cave and Cavern Diving in the Philippines
Rags II is probably one of the very few liveaboard dive boats in the world offering a combined wreck and full cave diving trip.
The close proximity of so many WWII wrecks at Coron Bay and the amazing Paglugaban cave in El Nido enable us to do this - and Technical divers love this option…!
Both areas are also ideal for all levels of dive training, and present a unique opportunity in South East Asia – which allows Technical Diving instructors to teach wreck and/or cave diving courses without having to travel half way around the world.
Add to this the deep chamber of Mapating cave near Puerto Galera and Colocoto Cave on the way to Coron and you get an idea of what the Philippines can offer - even to the most serious cave diver.
The Blue Hole and Lighthouse Cavern in Tablas and Treasure Cavern at Maestre de Campo Island are beautiful dives for experienced recreational divers hoping to expand their skills, and can also be combined with the Mactan Ferry - which will keep divers of all levels happy!
Please check our Trip Options - and Caves and Cavern links - to find more detailed information on all of the above.
